The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by cultivating relationships with clients, managing event sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional event experiences that boost brand presence and revenue. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve event sales targets within the Food & Beverage sector. - Identify and engage potential clients and partners interested in hosting or sponsoring events. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals. - Coordinate with event operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of events. - Organize and take responsibility of an event - Prepare sales reports and forecasts to inform management decision-making. - Represent the company at networking events and industry exhibitions to expand the client base. - available for outdoor sales, B2B, B2C & ability to work in multiple location. Requirements: - Proven experience in event sales, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry. - Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. - Proficient in sales CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. - Native arabic speaker. - Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. - Knowledge of the UAE market and cultural nuances related to event management. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Salary: AED 3,500 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
