Establish, manage and monitor standards, processes, communications, awareness and systems to ensure all responsibilities associated with Health and Safety within ADNOC L & S are adhered to.Key AccountabilitiesJob Specific AccountabilitiesCompliance with effective performance monitoring and reporting of Business Units HSE Work PlansMonitor HSEQ events Plans (HSE in-house training, campaigns awareness, and workshops)Contribute to the development, implementation of Site HSE Activities participate in Site HSE Activities(Facilities Inspection, Site HSE inspection, Site monitoring and HSE Meetings)Issuance of work stoppage for unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.Initiate incident notification for any accident.Analysis and close out of HSE observation cards received.Review of document submittals related to HSE such as Risk Assessments.Monitor and Update of action tracking sheet for Marine associated inspection, accidents, site HSEinspection and observation cards received.Contribute in HSE promotional activities such as in the participating in HSE Campaigns and HSEaward functions, and other HSE activities.Assist in the internal and external audit related to business unitReport the undesirable conditions at the site with recommendations for improvement in order toachieve HSE objectives.Collecting, Analyzing and submitting monthly HSE Performance statistic of assign business unitincluding contractors.Ensure awareness session is carried out pertaining to HSE topics, HSE flash and Lesson Learn inassign business unit Verify compliance to applicable ADNOC Standard to assign business unitMinimum Requirtments: Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent 6 years of HSE relevant experience, including at least 5 years in the Offshore industryProfessional Certifications: Chief Officers CoC or 2nd Engineers marine National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH IGC)
