Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 7 years of experience in fleet operations and maintenance.Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial/supervisory role.Previous experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Distribution companies is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair processes.Proven experience managing vehicle licensing, insurance, fuel consumption, and fleet performance.Strong knowledge of fleet cost control and operational efficiency.Experience managing maintenance workshops and external service providers.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent planning, organization, and follow-up skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.Good command of English is preferred.

Job SummaryLavida Sauces is looking for an experienced Fleet Operations & Maintenance Manager to manage and lead the company’s fleet operations and maintenance activities.
