Requirements
Registered with the Egyptian Bar Association at the Court of Appeal level.10 years of experience in litigation and legal practice.Proven experience in Construction and Real Estate Investment companies is mandatory.Strong experience in civil, commercial, corporate, and construction law.Excellent legal drafting and document preparation skills.Strong negotiation and dispute resolution abilities.High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.).
Description
Represent the company before the Courts of Appeal, various courts, and judicial authorities.Draft, review, and prepare legal memoranda, lawsuits, appeals, and other legal documents.Handle and follow up on civil, commercial, and corporate cases through final judgments.Provide legal advice to management regarding disputes, contracts, and legal obligations.Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation.Follow up on legal and enforcement procedures while coordinating with relevant governmental authorities.Ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
