This role oversees daily operations at the coffee station, ensuring high-quality beverage preparation and consistent service standards. The Barista Supervisor trains and guides baristas, manages schedules, monitors inventory and supplies, and ensures cleanliness and safety in all preparation areas. The role involves engaging with customers, resolving service issues, supporting promotional activities, and maintaining brand standards.
