We are seeking a Senior System Tester to support quality assurance across complex systems. The role involves validating functionality, performance, and reliability in a high-availability environment, ensuring high-quality system delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end testing activities, including test planning, analysis, design, implementation, execution, and closureDesign and execute test cases based on functional and technical requirementsPerform functional, integration, system, regression, and performance testingValidate system integrations across multiple components and platformsAnalyze real-time data flows and ensure accuracy and consistency across the systemIdentify, log, and track defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolutionReview requirements and system design documents to ensure testability and coverageSupport simulation and scenario-based testing where applicableMentor junior testers and promote best practices in testingCollaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, stakeholders, and operationsOther testing duties as assignedRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 8 years of relevant experience in system or software testingStrong understanding of SDLC/STLC and QA methodologiesBasic to intermediate knowledge of database testing (e.g., SQL) and API testing conceptsExperience testing complex or mission-critical systemsExperience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and proactively drive tasksStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsAvailable to support night and after-hours testing as requiredPreferred QualificationsExperience in transportation, smart city, or traffic management systemsKnowledge of IoT systems, sensor integration, or ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems)Experience with performance and load testing toolsExposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Python-based frameworks)ISTQB or equivalent certification
