Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful projects Expert knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience with process modeling and documentation tools Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are highly desirable
