Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent. Valid DHA license/eligibility. Minimum 5 years of NICU experience, with strong exposure to critical neonatal care. Previous experience in a clinical resource, preceptor, educator, or senior nursing role is preferred. Strong clinical knowledge, communication, leadership, and mentoring skills. Current BLS and NRP certification; additional neonatal certifications are an advantage.
