Description
- Lead strategic logistics projects from requirement definition to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business impact.
- Identify opportunities for logistics cost optimization, process improvement, lead-time reduction, and service enhancement.
- Develop strong understanding of landed factor/landed cost and analyze its components across suppliers, countries, categories, routes, and modes.
- Conduct landed factor variance and root-cause analysis and recommend actionable cost optimization initiatives.
- Build scenario analysis and business cases to assess the impact of freight, duty, routing, mode, and other logistics cost variables.
- Drive end-to-end shipment visibility, monitoring ETD/ETA, transit times, delays, exceptions, and delivery performance.
- Develop and maintain logistics dashboards and KPIs to provide clear visibility on cost, shipment performance, risks, and service levels.
- Proactively identify shipment risks and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to mitigate delays and business impact.
- Analyze logistics data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for management.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives within logistics.
