Hire Resolve is assisting legal organisations in hiring experienced legal professionals for multiple mid–senior level opportunities across a range of practice areas and in-house functions within the UAE. This is a multi-role hiring campaign designed to attract candidates across private practice and corporate environments, with progression pathways toward senior specialist and leadership roles such as Senior Legal Counsel, Head of Legal, Legal Manager, Compliance Lead, Contracts Manager, or Legal Operations Manager. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide commercially focused legal advice to internal stakeholders and/or clients across operational and strategic matters Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents (e.g., commercial agreements, construction/engineering contracts, supply agreements, NDAs, leases, service agreements) Support matters across corporate/commercial, employment, disputes, regulatory, compliance, real estate, procurement, or governance (aligned to experience) Assist with legal risk assessments and recommend pragmatic mitigations aligned to business objectives Manage external counsel and advisors, including budgets, timelines, and matter strategy Support dispute management, including pre-action correspondence, document preparation, settlement discussions, and claim support (as applicable) Contribute to compliance frameworks, internal policies, and controls, including monitoring regulatory updates and implementing practical guidance Ensure appropriate confidentiality, document retention, and information handling across legal workstreams Collaborate with HR, Finance, Procurement, Sales, Operations, and Project teams to improve legal processes and decision-making Maintain accurate matter records, reporting, and contract documentation using relevant systems Coach junior team members and promote consistent quality and professional standards
