Requirements
The Training Center and Educational Consultancy Compliance Inspector must have a Bachelor’s degree or above in education, quality assurance, higher education management, public policy, or a relevant discipline. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in regulatory inspection, education services, training providers, licensing and compliance, educational consultancy, quality assurance, or institutional audits is required. Proficiency in regulatory and compliance inspection, evidence review, gap identification, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication are essential competencies.

Role overview
The training centers & educational consultancy compliance inspector will support the customer in inspections related to training centers, institutes, educational consultancy offices and admission-service providers. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, licensing requirements, evidence verification, documentation and identification of non-compliance.
Key responsibilities
Participate in inspections for licence renewal and new-licence requirements.
Review licensing and compliance documentation.
Review previous findings and corrective action plans where applicable.
Conduct pre-visit document and evidence reviews.
Participate in on-site inspections of training centers, institutes and consultancy offices.
Verify compliance against applicable customer regulatory requirements.
Review supporting documentation and institutional records.
Identify gaps, risks and areas of non-compliance.
Document inspection evidence accurately.
Support preparation of clear, evidence-based findings.
Provide input into recommendations and follow-up activities.
Escalate serious compliance issues to the customer team.
Maintain professional communication with inspected organizations.
Participate in required customer briefings and calibration activities.
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in education, quality assurance, higher education management, public policy or another relevant discipline. Relevant QA, audit, risk-management or accreditation training/certifications are preferred.
