Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical or Metallurgical) or related fields, along with 8 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, specifically in HSE and operating integrity. Must possess skills in crisis management, job safety analysis, emergency response planning, hazard identification and risk analysis, safe work practices, HSE risk management, fatigue risk management, permit to work processes, and process safety management.

We are allocating an initial $23 billion to advance and accelerate lower-carbon solutions, investing in new energies and decarbonization technologies to enable our net zero by 2045 ambition and our commitment to zero methane emissions by 2030.Abou Role:Prepare and implement HSE Risk Management strategies to ensure operational safety and compliance.Develop and execute Process Safety Management protocols to mitigate risks and enhance safety.Monitor Contractor HSE Performance and provide recommendations for improvement.Conduct Fatigue Risk Management assessments and implement necessary measures.Participate in Crisis Management and Emergency Response Planning activities.Oversee Permit to Work processes to ensure adherence to safety standards.Conduct Job Safety Analysis to identify potential hazards and recommend solutions.Perform Hazard Identification and Risk Analysis to proactively address safety concerns.Implement Safe Work Practices (WMS) to maintain a secure working environment.Advise on technical safety matters and provide expertise in operating integrity.Analyse safety data and prepare reports for management review.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve safety and operational objectives.Qualification & Experience:Bacheloru2019s degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical or Metallurgical, or other relevant disciplines.8 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with a focus on HSE and operating integrity.
