Requirements

Knowledge of security, fire safety, emergency response, risk management, and Saudi regulations is essential, along with experience in logistics, fleet operations, CCTV, and access control systems. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and crisis management skills are also required.
Description
Job purpose:• Oversee resort security, safety, compliance, risk management, and fleet logistics operations.• Ensure a secure, compliant, and efficient environment for guests, colleagues, and resort assets.• Maintain emergency readiness, operational governance, and guest privacy while ensuring smooth logistical support.• Support Jayasom's wellness mission through high standards of safety, security, and operational excellence.Key operational responsibilities:• Oversee daily security operations, including CCTV, patrols, access control, incident response, and investigations.• Manage fire safety, First Aid readiness, Lost & Found, and emergency response procedures in line with Jayasom and RSG standards.• Lead the Emergency Response and Fire Brigade teams, including training, drills, and emergency simulations.• Conduct compliance audits, safety inspections, risk assessments, and ensure adherence to resort SOPs and regulatory requirements.• Maintain security, fire, safety, and emergency systems, ensuring equipment is tested, functional, and properly documented.• Manage the resort vehicle fleet, including vehicle control, maintenance, and staff transportation schedules.• Coordinate logistics and delivery requirements with Procurement, Facilities, Culinary, Housekeeping, and other departments.• Maintain crisis management plans, emergency protocols, KPIs, and compliance documentation while driving continuous improvement.Job requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Security, Risk Management, or related field; relevant certifications preferred.• 3–5 years experience in security/compliance management, preferably in luxury hospitality.• Knowledge of security, fire safety, emergency response, risk management, and Saudi regulations.• Experience in logistics, fleet operations, CCTV, and access control systems.• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and crisis management skills.• Professional, discreet, reliable, and able to work effectively under pressure.
