Requirements
Requires 8+ years of experience in technical program management, operations program management, product engineering, supply chain, or New Product Introduction within hardware or cloud infrastructure environments. Must have demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional hardware programs, managing multiple concurrent programs, and a strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply planning, product lifecycle management, and engineering processes. Experience with cloud infrastructure, hyperscale data centers, or enterprise server platforms is preferred.

Position Overview

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking an experienced Principal Program Manager to lead end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Lifecycle Management programs supporting OCI's rapidly expanding cloud infrastructure portfolio.

 

Reporting to the Director or Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations, this individual contributor will own the operational execution of complex hardware programs from concept through production ramp, sustaining engineering, and end-of-life. As the operational leader for assigned programs, you will coordinate globally distributed teams across Product Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, Procurement, and Data Center Operations to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle execution.

 

This role requires exceptional program management, operational expertise, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to deliver products with speed, quality, and operational readiness. Success is measured by predictable execution, proactive risk management, and enabling scalable deployment of OCI infrastructure worldwide.
