Coordinate the induction and orientation of new employees. Maintain accurate training attendance, records, certificates, and employee development files. Follow up with departments on mandatory and departmental training completion. Assist in preparing the annual training calendar and scheduling training sessions. Support trainers with training materials, presentations, venues, and required equipment. Assist in identifying training needs in coordination with department heads. Support employee engagement, recognition, and development activities. Assist with internship and management development programs when applicable. Collect and analyze training feedback to measure training effectiveness. Prepare regular training and development reports. Support e-learning platforms and follow up on employees completion of assigned courses. Assist in coordinating cross-training and career development opportunities. Promote the company's culture, values, and service standards through development activities. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, or People & Culture; hotel experience is preferred. Good command of English and Arabic, written and spoken. Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Strong communication and presentation skills. Good organizational and coordination skills. Confident in dealing with employees at different levels. Creative and enthusiastic approach to training and employee engagement. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning platforms is an advantage. Previous experience in an international hotel environment is an advantage.
