Requirements
Requires an MSc or PhD in a relevant engineering or science field with 5-10+ years of experience in silicon photonics process integration, foundry engagement, and tape-out execution. Must have strong experience in yield optimization, NPI, and product lifecycle. Excellent cross-functional leadership, communication skills, and experience in technology transfer and high-volume manufacturing are essential. Description

We are looking for a Principal / Senior Silicon Photonics Process Engineer to lead process integration, NPI execution, and foundry collaboration for advanced silicon photonics platforms.

Based in Asia, you will serve as the primary technical interface with external foundry partners in Asia and internal design teams in the U.S., owning process development, yield optimization, manufacturability, and program delivery.

This is a fab-facing integration + program leadership role (not a design role).
