Requirements
The candidate should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech) and have at least 7 years of related experience in substation engineering and transmission line design, with a minimum of 3 years working with high-voltage systems. Strong knowledge of design software (ETAP, PSSE, PSCAD, Eplan, AutoCAD, CYMCAP, WinIGS, CDEGS), electrical codes (NESC, NEC, ANSI & IEEE), and experience with renewable energy interconnection and utility-scale projects is required. Excellent English communication and project coordination skills are essential, along with travel up to 20% and the ability to lead design reviews and support business development.
