Requirements
Registered Nurse/BSc Nursing, fluent in English, and 3-7 years of work experience from a reputable organization. Experience in claims management and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are required.
Description
Reports To: Senior Manager - Health and Wellbeing

Division: Human Resources


Mission:
  • Ensure efficient care and claims management under the MTNN approved health scheme 

Description:
  • Map trends and provide reports on various medical schemes 
  • Support quality assurance of health care providers 
  • Support case management – maintain trackers for proactive intervention, reporting and cost management
  • Enforce claims management SLAs and manage relationship with vendors
  • Implement innovative ideas on bill management and guide management/educate staff on measures that will reverse negative trends   
  • Support prompt resolution of staff issues 
  • Support International evacuation of employees and dependants when applicable 
  • Provide pre-travel support for employees on international assignment 
  • Support implementation of pre-employment within company approved timelines. 
  • Implement Expatriate management health care services
  • Support sick leave tracking, investigation and reporting
  • Support chronic sick leave implementation and monitoring and lost time monitoring
  • Support management of MTNN work-site clinic
  • Contribute to the monthly employee services operational report.
  • Prepare monthly bills for management approval – vet, analyse, compile monthly bills in approved format  

Education:
  • Registered Nurse/BSc Nursing
  • Fluent in English

Experience:
3 – 7 years of work experience from a reputable organisation
  • Experience in claims management 
  • At least Intermediate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
