Description
You will translate business needs from Finance, Sales, Human Resources into functional specifications, coordinate testing and rollout of system changes, and build the training and documentation that let the wider Incentive Compensation Management community operate independently. You will also be the primary point of contact for the user community, providing first-level support and troubleshooting to ensure the compensation system is clean, consistent, and trustworthy.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Develop deep working knowledge of incentive compensation plan design and mechanics, explain plan rules and payout logic to participants, analysts and stakeholders.
  • Consolidate improvement requirements from sales, finance, and HR; lead functional analysis and translate needs into technical specifications for the global development team and coordinate validation and testing.
  • Serve as first-level support for the ICM application by triaging issues, resolving user questions, and escalating complex (level 2/3) technical issues to IT.
  • Provide support for entering certain categories of data (e.g., sales targets) in the ICM database according to the standards defined by Global ICM Governance.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to maintain a clean and consistent data set.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with global users and business partners, ensuring the application meets evolving business needs and complies with global ICM standards.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • B.A. or B.S. or similar (IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Economics or similar) or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Business/Systems Analyst or similar in working with agile teams on implementing IT solutions
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Fluent English
     
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Knowledge of Incentive Compensation Management systems, Oracle CX Fusion Applications, SalesForce CRM or SPIFF
  • Experience in managing sales incentive compensation
  • Fluency in other European languages is considered an asset
