Requirements
Candidates are expected to have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or Business. A minimum of 20 years of experience in the oil & gas sector is required, with at least 10 years in Procurement Management. Strong knowledge of ADNOC procurement systems (SAP, ARIBA preferred), contract negotiation skills, familiarity with ICV compliance, risk assessment, supply chain management, and commercial/contractual awareness (FIDIC knowledge preferred) are essential.

The Role

The Lead Procurement Engineer is responsible for leading all procurement-related activities within a PMC organization for offshore oil & gas or renewable energy projects.
