GoZagel is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Coordinator to manage daily shipping operations, courier follow-up, payment confirmation, CRM updates, and operational reporting.Main ResponsibilitiesGenerate shipment labels and review shipment details before processing.Book pickups and follow up with couriers until pickup is completed.Follow up with couriers regarding pickups, shipment issues, delays, rates, and delivery updates.Handle international/domestic courier operational tasks (Inquiries, complains, reconciliation)Make operational customer calls when needed for shipment issues or missing information.Generate/update online payments invoices and register sales/payment details.Confirm received customer payments through approved payment methods and update records.Support basic bookkeeping and courier invoice reconciliation.Support refund handling by checking shipment/payment status and updating the required records.Prepare and update ads reports when required.Reply to limited inbound sales calls and route/record the inquiry correctly.Update Zoho CRM stages, notes, tasks, and records according to company Blueprints and SLAs.Update the internal knowledge base with any new courier, payment, CRM, or process information.Send a brief daily update about completed tasks, pending cases, and urgent issues.Work ModelRemote position.Working days: Saturday to Thursday.Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.Friday off.Official public holidays are off.During Ramadan, working hours follow a half-day working model.
