Requirements
The SAP EC Consultant position requires a Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, or Business Administration, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Candidates must have completed 2-3 full lifecycle implementations of Employee Central and Time Off modules, and possess strong knowledge of Core HR and Time Management processes. Essential skills include expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Time Off, Time Sheet, Story Reporting, Core HR Processes, XML Configuration, Foundation Objects & MDF Objects, Employee Central Data Models, and Business Rules & Workflows, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with KSA projects is preferred.
