Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant Engineering field and over 5 years of experience in engineering project leadership, specifically within the oil & gas or offshore industry. Must have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget, strong knowledge of engineering standards and quality management, and excellent leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with project management tools like Primavera and engineering software is expected, along with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Fluency in English is essential, and eligibility to work in Norway is mandatory.
