Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Agriculture, or a relevant field.- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE, preferably within an industrial/manufacturing environment.- Good knowledge of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001.- HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA or equivalent are highly preferred.- Strong knowledge of Risk Assessment, Incident Investigation, Emergency Response, and Workplace Safety.- Good communication, leadership, training, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to conduct Toolbox Talks and HSE awareness sessions.- Must be a Menoufia residents.
Description
- Ensure operational safety and compliance with all applicable HSE requirements and standards.- Maintain and implement HSE policies in accordance with ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 requirements.- Conduct regular site inspections and identify, report, and eliminate unsafe conditions and practices.- Investigate operational incidents, accidents, and near misses, identify root causes, and prepare investigation reports.- Develop and implement preventive and corrective actions, risk assessments, and improvement opportunities.- Conduct Risk Assessments and ensure appropriate control measures are implemented.- Deliver Toolbox Talks, safety training, coaching, and awareness sessions to operational staff.- Ensure the effective implementation of HSE procedures, policies, and work instructions.- Monitor and follow up on HSE-related customer complaints and ensure appropriate corrective actions.- Raise employees’ awareness of potential hazards and promote a strong safety culture.- Monitor subcontractors’ activities to ensure compliance with HSE standards, procedures, and regulations.- Manage and maintain MSDS/SDS for chemicals used in operations and assess their associated risks and environmental impacts.- Identify HSE risks and operational obstacles and take appropriate actions to ensure safe and smooth operations.- Prepare and maintain HSE reports, records, and documentation as required.
