Commercial & Operations Executive – Pharmaceutical IndustryLocation: Dubai, UAEIndustry: Pharmaceutical / HealthcareWe are looking for a Commercial Coordinator with experience in the pharmaceutical industry to support our commercial, regulatory, logistics, warehouse, and financial activities. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and UAE market requirements, with strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and deliveries for pharmaceutical products.Prepare and follow up on commercial offers, purchase orders, and sales orders.Coordinate with customers and suppliers regarding pricing, product availability, lead times, and orders.Support pharmaceutical tenders, registrations, and customer requirements.Coordinate Import Permit (IP) applications and follow up on approvals and shipment clearance.Support Tatmeen activities and related pharmaceutical shipment requirements.Coordinate with Regulatory, customs, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to ensure smooth shipment clearance.Follow up on international pharmaceutical shipments, customs clearance, and delivery schedules.Coordinate local transportation and deliveries to customers.Maintain and monitor pharmaceutical warehouse stock and inventory records.Follow up on stock levels, slow-moving, short-dated, and near-expiry pharmaceutical products.Support FEFO/stock rotation and minimize product expiry and financial losses.Work with the commercial team to maximize sales and commercial benefit from available stock.Coordinate with the warehouse team for receiving, dispatching, and stock reconciliation.Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and receivables.Coordinate with Finance regarding invoices, payments, supplier commitments, and cash-flow requirements.Maintain accurate records of customers, suppliers, products, orders, stock, shipments, and payments.Prepare commercial, inventory, shipment, and financial reports for management.Coordinate between Commercial, Regulatory, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams.Follow up and resolve issues affecting pharmaceutical orders, shipments, stock, payments, or customer deliveries.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.Pharmaceutical industry experience is required.Experience with UAE pharmaceutical Import Permits, Tatmeen, shipment clearance, and warehouse operations is an advantage.Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.Good organizational and time-management skills.Strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different stakeholders.Good English communication skills.The role is ideal for a pharmaceutical professional with strong commercial and operational coordination skills who can manage activities across the full cycle — from order and regulatory requirements through shipment, inventory, delivery, and payment follow-up.
