Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a QA/QC role within manufacturing or industrial environments. IRCA Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor is preferred. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS and ISO 45001 OHSMS, along with experience in product approvals, certifications, audits, and quality documentation are essential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are also required.

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer of HDPE, Pre-Insulated Piping Systems, Fittings, Valves, and Infrastructure Solutions in Saudi Arabia, for an experienced QA/QC Engineer.Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in engineeringMinimum 3+ years of experience in a QA/QC role within manufacturing or industrial environmentsIRCA Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor preferredStrong knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS and ISO 45001 OHSMSExperience with product approvals, certifications, audits, and quality documentationStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skillsKey ResponsibilitiesMaintain and continuously improve Quality Management and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.Prepare and manage SOPs, ITPs, Quality Plans, Method Statements, and quality documentation.Review raw material and finished product inspection records to ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, management reviews, and training programs.Coordinate external audits and certifications, including ISO, SASO, NSF, FM, NWC, and Aramco approvals.Support product testing, third-party inspections, and customer approval processes.Liaise with clients, consultants, certification bodies, production teams, and sales teams on quality and compliance matters.Monitor laboratory testing activities and calibration schedules across manufacturing operations.Why JoinThis is a high-impact role offering exposure to major infrastructure, water, utility, and district cooling projects across the region.
