Requirements
Conduct regular audits of construction materials and supplies, verify quality and condition of received materials, and implement measures to safeguard materials against theft or damage. Audit store processes and procedures, including MR, PR, GRN, LPO, shelf life, and MSDS. Conduct audits for inventory control procedures, reordering, and minimizing discrepancies. Familiarity with ERP systems is required. Audit ageing analysis, timely material ordering, and material storage. Maintain detailed audit records and prepare comprehensive reports with recommendations. Validate goods received against purchase orders, coordinate internal auditing processes, and manage commercial aspects. Ensure timely reporting of audit information to the manager and execute planned annual audits.

Responsibilities: Conduct regular audits of construction materials and supplies to ensure accurate inventory levels. This involves physically counting and reconciling items in stock with records in the system and identify discrepancies or potential shortages.Verify the quality and condition of materials received, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications. This may involve inspecting samples, checking documentation, and identifying any discrepancies or defects.Verify Implemented measures to safeguard construction materials against theft, loss, or damage. This may include implementing security protocols, conducting regular security checks, and addressing any vulnerabilities in the storage facilities.Audit to ensure entire store process & procedure is followed, & proper tracking records have been maintained for MR, PR, GRN, LPO, shelf life of materials, MSDS (Material safety data sheet) etc.Conduct audit for inventory control procedures to track store stock levels, manage reordering of supplies, and minimize wastage or inventory discrepancies.Familiar with use of ERP systemsAudit to ensure ageing analysis has been reported properlyAudit to check that the materials ordered timely as per project requirement to avoid delaysAudit for storage of materials, identification etc.Building Material AwarenessAudit for Stock Receiving, movement Process, tools deployment process, stock shelving, warehouse management process, Racks tagging, material / stock takingMaintain detailed records of audit findings, observations, and corrective actions taken. Prepare comprehensive audit reports with recommendations for improving inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation strategies.Validate the records for goods received against purchase ordersCoordinating and developing internal auditing processes.Management of Commercial aspects Drafting recommendations on corrective / preventive measures.Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to manager.Overall execution of planned annual audits.
