Job Description:
• Lead all manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, and plant operations across multiple production sites.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, OEE improvement, waste reduction, process standardization, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Lead SAP manufacturing digitization, automation projects, capacity expansion, and operational transformation programs.
• Manage full operational P&L while building high-performance teams, strengthening compliance, and supporting business growth.
Requirements:
• At least 10 years of experience in senior roles in manufacturing with total experience of 15 years and above
• Strong background in Rigid Plastic Packaging Manufacturing with proven multi-site manufacturing leadership experience.
