The successful candidate will provide specialized neurological care, diagnose and manage complex disorders of the brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerves, and muscles, while contributing to clinical excellence, medical education, and research activities within a multidisciplinary academic healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and manage a comprehensive range of neurological disorders including stroke, epilepsy, movement disorders, neuromuscular diseases, multiple sclerosis, headaches, and neurodegenerative conditions. Conduct detailed neurological assessments, interpret diagnostic investigations, and develop evidence-based treatment plans. Provide outpatient consultations, inpatient care, and follow-up management for patients with complex neurological conditions. Manage neurological emergencies including acute stroke, seizures, and other critical neurological conditions. Perform and interpret neurological diagnostic procedures where applicable, including EEG, EMG/NCS, and neuroimaging assessments. Collaborate with neurosurgeons, rehabilitation specialists, radiologists, psychiatrists, and other multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Participate in neurological case discussions, clinical meetings, and development of patient care pathways. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical guidelines, and regulatory standards. Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to residents, fellows, and junior medical staff.
