Requirements
The Project Manager is responsible for various leadership and project management duties on various projects. This includes planning and scheduling, budgeting, change and claims management, expenditure tracking, project progress, development and deployment of earned value methodology, and cost and revenue forecasting. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP) being a plus. Project Manager is responsible for various leadership and project management duties on various projects, work collaboratively as part of a multi-skilled, talented team, to achieve the defined corporate and regional goals for project controls, which includes functions such as planning and scheduling, budgeting, change and claims management, expenditure tracking, project progress, development and deployment of earned value methodology, and cost and revenue forecasting.ResponsibilitiesManage projects from concept to completion, working with the designers in the pre-construction phases and managing contractors / subcontractors / suppliers in the field and project managers to keep projects on budget and schedule.Assist in initiatives to include: standardization of processes and tools; participate in the deployment and evolution of standard solutions; support the networkingQualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
