Requirements
High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field is a plus. CACHE Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent), attested and aligned with KHDA standards; relevant work experience considered alongside qualifications. Minimum 1 year of experience in an early childhood setting or working with young children. Warm, engaging manner with young children and a genuine passion for early childhood education. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Pediatric First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before opening). Strong English proficiency; Arabic or French is a significant plus. Valid UAE visa or eligibility to work in the UAE; police clearance and background checks required.
