Proficiency in Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA, DCS, and PLC environments, along with industrial communication protocols, is essential. Preferred certifications include GICSP, CISSP, GRID, GIAC, or Certified ISA Expert. Strong analytical, presentation, and client-facing communication skills are required, along with a passion for mentoring junior technical teams.
