Requirements

Our team brings together institutional finance experience, DeFi-native insight, and advanced analytics.We’re hiring a Head of Legal who will report directly to the COO to lead legal, regulatory, and operational activities across the firm. This is a senior, cross-functional role supporting fund regulation, compliance, commercial structuring, and strategic execution across multiple jurisdictions. You’ll work closely with leadership, team members and external partners to ensure Re7 operates with institutional-grade precision as we continue to expand globally.Responsibilities:Legal & ComplianceManage regulatory licensing and cross-jurisdictional legal structures.Challenge and support commercial deal structuring and negotiation.Ensure compliance across sales, marketing and corporate communications.Advise on legal and regulatory aspects of product development.Handle legal entity governance, new structures, IP protection, and data privacy compliance.
