Requirements
Minimum secondary education (Level III or higher). Preferably 3 years of work experience in similar positions (e.g., product packaging). Knowledge of SAP and MS Office package (Excel, Word). High level of communication skills. Forklift Driving License.
Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Organizes and monitors internal and external order schedules and consolidates deliveries for customers according to the requirements of the Logistics Supervisor, Production and Material Planning Supervisor, and Customs & Transport Associate, including setting expedition prioritiesResponsible for proper storage and sorting of shipment items as part of preparation activities for goods deliveryResponsible for checking shipping orders and visually inspecting product labels to identify non-conformities in cooperation with Quality ControlResponsible for accurate creation of transport documents (delivery notes, shipping documents, transport orders, goods pickup orders) for domestic and international customers in the SAP systemMaintains up-to-date records of packaging materials (pallets)Ensures compliance with legal norms and internal standards related to occupational safety, fire protection, and environmental protectionPerforms other tasks assigned by the supervisor related to functional duties.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSMinimum secondary education (Level III or higher)Preferably 3 years of work experience in similar positions (e.g., product packaging)Knowledge of SAP and MS Office package (Excel, Word)High level of communication skills.Forklift Driving License.#LI-FA2
