Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced medical oncologist to join our comprehensive oncology team. The successful candidate will provide expert care for patients with cancer, involving diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized treatment plans and deliver compassionate patient-centered care.
As a medical oncologist, you will engage in clinical decision-making, monitor treatment responses, and manage side effects, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Participation in clinical research and continuous professional development is encouraged to advance oncology practices and improve patient care.
Requirements
Assess and diagnose oncological conditions through clinical evaluation and diagnostic tests.
Devise and administer personalized treatment plans including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies.
Monitor patient progress and modify therapies as necessary.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, radiation oncologists, pathologists, and support staff.
Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis.
Participate actively in tumor boards and clinical research initiatives.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Medical degree (M.D. or equivalent) from recognized institution.
Residency in internal medicine and fellowship training in medical oncology.
Board certification in medical oncology.
At least 3 years of clinical experience in medical oncology.
Strong knowledge of current cancer treatments, protocols, and clinical guidelines.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Valid medical license for practice in the region.
