Kinetic has partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company who are hiring a qualified person (QP) - regulatory affairs to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Act as the qualified person / responsible pharmacist for the company’s pharmaceutical activities in the UAE, in accordance with applicable regulatory and pharmaceutical requirements.
Ensure compliance with relevant UAE regulatory, quality and pharmaceutical regulations.
Manage the full regulatory affairs lifecycle, including pharmaceutical product registration and licensing activities.
Prepare, review and submit regulatory documentation and dossiers to the relevant local health authorities.
Key point of contact with MOHAP/MOH and other relevant UAE health authorities.
To be successful, you will need to meet the following:
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or equivalent.
Valid UAE pharmacist license, MOHAP/MOH or another relevant UAE authority, as applicable.
Previous experience as a qualified person / responsible pharmacist or in a similar pharmaceutical regulatory role.
Strong experience in regulatory affairs, particularly product registration, renewals, and variations.
Previous experience working with pharmaceutical products in the UAE and familiarity with local regulatory requirements.
Fluent Arabic and English communication skills are required.
Oncology experience is highly preferred.
