Job Description
To provide administrative and estimating support to the Estimation Department by coordinating supplier and subcontractor enquiries, following up quotations, and assisting with basic quantity take-offs for interior fit-out and joinery projects.
Supply Chain Coordination
Send enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors as directed by the estimators.
Follow up suppliers and subcontractors for quotations, samples, technical datasheets, and clarifications.
Maintain and update supplier and subcontractor databases.
Record and track received quotations.
Assist in preparing quotation comparison sheets.
Quantity Take-off Support
Assist estimators in reviewing drawings and specifications.
Perform basic quantity take-offs and measurements under supervision.
Prepare quantity schedules for:
Update quantity take-off sheets when revised drawings are issued.
Cost Database Management
Maintain historical cost and supplier pricing records.
Update material and labour cost databases.
Organize supplier quotations and project cost information for future reference.
Coordination and Communication
Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
Follow up on outstanding quotations and technical information.
Assist in preparing meeting minutes and action trackers.
Support the estimation team during tender submissions and deadline periods.
Qualifications
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, quantity surveying, construction management, interior design, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in estimation, procurement, QS, or tender administration.
Fresh graduates with strong interest in estimation and quantity surveying are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills
Basic understanding of interior fit-out and joinery works.

AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.
