Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and solutions, applying security measures and risk mitigation. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences/Petroleum & Energy or MBA, with a minimum of 9 years of progressive experience in IT project management and trading solutions. Oil & Gas and Trading Domain Knowledge, understanding of SDLC (waterfall and Agile), contracts management, and IT standards are essential. Proficiency in analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, reporting, presentation, communication, and teamwork skills is required, along with experience in workplace and project management tools.

Primary Purpose Of The JobAs part of the team in charge of the IT solutions/applications specific to company business:Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage medium to large IT projects to implement new or transform existing COMPANY solutions with a delineated scope of work to be executed within a finite time frame.Ensure that project related implementation/transformation are performed in accordance with business needs and compliance with ICT exigencies (governance and security).Handle assigned projects as per their charter-defined responsibilities over all components and phases, including required procurement activities.Entertain close relations with COMPANY stakeholders to understand their key needs and priorities.Identify and evaluate the possible solutions (new applications, enhancements, capacity, etc.) and then facilitate and document related solution selection and decision.Apply security measures by following security procedures and standards to ensure a secure environment; manage and address vulnerabilities and threats on project related systems.Follow the established procedures/processes and utilise best practices to provide effective control and mitigation of risk to the concerned project or solution.EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Sciences/Petroleum & Energy, MBA or equivalent.International certifications in project management (PMP or equivalent) are preferred, and IT service management (ITIL or equivalent) is recommended.Experience & SkillsProject Management ExperienceMinimum 9 years of progressive and directly related experience with IT project management and with trading solutions.Experience in managing/executing various high value projects for trading solutions implementation (including resource leadership and contracts management).Oil & Gas and Trading Domain KnowledgeDemonstrated understanding of the Oil & Gas sector and deep knowledge of the trading business and related technologies and solutions (C/E-TRM, fleet management, trading platforms, trading market analytics, etc.).Software Development & DeliveryExcellent understanding and practical experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC), both waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.Contracts & Commercial ManagementStrong experience in establishing and managing related contracts and agreements.IT Standards & ArchitectureFamiliar with IT standards & best practices, architecture, integration, and methods.Analytical & Problem-Solving SkillsExceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.Stakeholder ManagementAbility to influence and work closely with stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions.Tools & ApplicationsHigh proficiency with workplace applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); project management; and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps / Confluence / Jira, Miro / Mural, and Office Timeline).Reporting & Presentation SkillsExperience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.Communication & TeamworkDemonstrated ability to effectively work and communicate with a multi-cultural/national workforce.
