PRIVATE CHEF – PRIVATE FAMILYLocation: Nasariyah District, Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaEmployment Type: Full-Time | Private HouseholdStart Date: ImmediateWorking Days: 6 days per weekAnnual Leave: 30 days per yearAccommodation: AvailableDriver: Can be provided for the ChefAbout the RoleA private family of four in Riyadh is seeking an experienced, professional, and versatile Private Chef to manage the daily meal preparation for a family consisting of two adults and two young children.The ideal candidate should be comfortable preparing a variety of international cuisines, healthy meals, and family-style comfort food, with a strong focus on quality, presentation, freshness, and consistency.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the family.Create varied menus incorporating international cuisines, healthy dishes, and comfort food.Prepare meals suitable for both adults and young children.Ensure all meals are professionally plated and presented.Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.Plan menus and manage daily food preparation efficiently.Coordinate with existing kitchen staff and work effectively as part of the household team.Manage food storage and ensure proper handling of ingredients.Adapt menus according to the family's preferences, dietary requirements, and schedule.Maintain discretion, professionalism, and a respectful attitude within the private household.RequirementsProven experience as a Private Chef, Household Chef, Personal Chef, or similar role.Strong knowledge of international cuisine, healthy cooking, and comfort food.Excellent cooking and food presentation skills.Experience preparing meals for families with young children is preferred.Ability to prepare high-quality plated meals.Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.Flexible, organized, and able to work independently.Professional appearance, attitude, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with other household kitchen staff.Candidates who can join immediately are highly preferred.Working Conditions6 working days per week30 days annual leaveAccommodation can be provided.A driver can be provided for the Chef, depending on the arrangement.A job trial will be conducted as soon as possible as part of the selection process.Salary & BenefitsOption 1 – With Accommodation:SAR 19,000 per monthOption 2 – Without Accommodation:SAR 10,000–23,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.Selection ProcessShortlisted candidates will be invited for an ASAP job trial to demonstrate their culinary skills, menu planning, presentation, and suitability for the family's requirements.Availability: Immediate start preferred.
