Required Skills

The ideal candidate will have a recognised Early Years qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 3, Bachelor's in Early Childhood, BTEC, HND, or PGCE in Early Years) and native-level English fluency. A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in an early years setting, with proven experience delivering an EYFS curriculum and a strong understanding of child development and best practices, is required.

Requirements Qualifications Recognised Early Years qualification, such as CACHE Level 3, Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood, BTEC, HND or PGCE in Early Years English as a first language / native-level English fluency Experience Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar early years setting Proven experience delivering an enriched EYFS curriculum Strong understanding of child development and early years best practice Key responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences based on EYFS principles Create a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive learning environment Support children's personal, social and emotional development Observe, assess and document children's learning and development Maintain positive communication with parents and caregivers Work collaboratively with colleagues and management Bring creativity, flexibility and a positive growth mindset to the classroom Promote children's wellbeing, safety and development Maintain high standards of health, safety and safeguarding Why join Kids First Group?
