Requirements
The role requires a BS/MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent deep-field experience in distributed computing/HPC environments. Candidates must have full-stack AI/HPC understanding, including compute, networking, and adjacent layers like NVIDIA DGX, InfiniBand, and high-speed Ethernet. Proficiency in modern data and software is essential, including high-performance file systems, distributed storage, multi-tenancy, and orchestration tools (Slurm/Kubernetes), as well as a deep understanding of AI pipelines. Prior experience selling or architecting infrastructure from storage builders, NAS vendors, or AI cloud providers, coupled with strong hunting instincts and the ability to drive technical consensus and win RFPs, is required. Familiarity with the METCA region's infrastructure landscape and sovereign cloud initiatives is also crucial.

The METCA region is a global epicenter for AI infrastructure investment, characterised by massive capital flowing into Tier-1 sovereign GPU clouds (CSPs, Neo-scalers) and enterprise AI factories.We are seeking a Battle-Trained, High-Conviction Hunting Systems Engineer (SE) to serve as our technical tip of the spear. This is not a passive, box-pushing relationship management role. You will partner aggressively with an Enterprise Account Executive to target, break into, and land the largest AI infrastructure projects in the market, displacing legacy architectures and securing net-new footprints.What You'll DoExecute High-Impact Hunting: Partner closely with Account Executives to actively map out and break into net-new enterprise accounts, sovereign GPU clouds, and high-performance computing clusters. Architect the AI Factory: Design high-performance, multi-tenant data pipelines. Move beyond basic storage architecture to design full-stack environments, optimising how data nodes interact within massive GPU fabrics. Drive Technical Consensus: Lead deep-dive architectural workshops with customer GPU cluster architects while simultaneously translating complex engineering concepts into crisp, ROI-driven narratives for C-level executives. Own the Technical Win: Take absolute control of complex, multi-rack benchmarks, system configurations, and Proof of Value (PoV) exercises to prove Everpure's architectural superiority over the competition. Map the Infrastructure Roadmap: Guide customers from initial multi-petabyte deployments through a long-term scaling strategy - architecting solutions where they can seamlessly mix, match, and expand data nodes over time. Leverage the Partner Ecosystem: Collaborate actively with strategic alliance partners (e.g., NVIDIA, Cisco, Dell) to ensure Everpure's dense flash storage is qualified and integrated directly into incoming customer chip allocations. What You'll BringFull-Stack AI/HPC Understanding: Direct experience working alongside GPU cluster architects. You must understand adjacent compute and networking layers, including NVIDIA DGX architectures, InfiniBand, high-speed Ethernet fabrics, and cluster cabling. Modern Data & Software Fluency: Mastery of high-performance file systems, distributed storage architectures, multi-tenancy requirements, and orchestration tools (such as Slurm or Kubernetes). AI Pipeline Competency: Deep understanding of how data flows through modern AI pipelines—from raw ingestion and tokenization to model training, localized RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) deployments, and inference. Ecosystem Background: Background selling or architecting infrastructure from high-performance scale-out storage builders, scale-out NAS vendors, or cutting-edge AI cloud providers (Neo-scalers/Boutique GPU-as-a-Service providers). Hunting Instincts: A proven track record of targeting and converting cold prospects into major clients. You are wired to seek out massive, complex structural deals that drive genuine customer value, rather than waiting for inbound requests. Advanced Storytelling & Business Acumen: The ability to take raw, complex supercomputing concepts and frame them with simplicity Benchmark & RFP Dominance: Strong experience utilising industry-standard benchmarks and technical validation data to dismantle competitor claims and win highly competitive RFPs/RFIs. Agility and Speed: A natural inclination to ramp up rapidly on next-generation engineering rollouts (such as high-density QLC innovations and new architectural frameworks) and immediately position them in the field. Deep familiarity with the infrastructure landscape, major players, and sovereign cloud initiatives within the METCA region (specifically UAE and Saudi Arabia, but with an understanding of wider world drivers and Tier-1 projects).
