Lead category management across major spend areas to drive savings, improve service levels, and optimize total cost of ownership. Oversee procurement operations, ensuring timely sourcing, purchase order execution, and contract adherence across all units supported by WeOne. Implement supplier management frameworks, including performance metrics, SLAs, and ongoing vendor audits. Drive procurement governance, ensuring full compliance with DP World policies, ESG requirements, audit controls, and ethical standards. Lead procurement digitalization initiatives, including e-sourcing, automated workflows, analytics dashboards, and process standardization. Identify and deliver annual cost savings, process efficiencies, and value‑added initiatives across the procurement lifecycle. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, consolidate demand, and implement strategic sourcing plans. Lead contract negotiations ensuring optimal terms, risk mitigation, and commercial advantage for DP World.
