Requirements
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, or operations. 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, materials management, or operations. Experience in oil and gas, industrial equipment, manufacturing, or engineered-to-order products. Demonstrated experience managing suppliers, purchasing, inventory, and production planning. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain planning tools. Proven leadership, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Description
  • Lead procurement, material planning, inventory management, logistics, and supplier performance for ESP products.
  • Ensure the availability of critical components, including motors, pumps, seals, cables, protectors, sensors, drives, and related equipment.
  • Develop supply plans that support production schedules, customer orders, and field-service requirements.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, performance reviews, corrective actions, and development plans.
  • Monitor supplier delivery, quality, cost, capacity, and responsiveness.
  • Establish inventory targets, safety stock, reorder points, and controls for critical and long-lead materials.
  • Partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, operations, sales, and project management to meet customer commitments.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including shortages, supplier capacity constraints, transportation issues, and material disruptions.
  • Track supply chain performance metrics, including on-time delivery, inventory turns, material shortages, purchase price variance, and expedite costs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop purchasing, planning, materials, and warehouse personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality requirements, ethical sourcing standards, and applicable industry regulations.
