Engineering background is required, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline. Previous experience in Purchasing/Procurement, preferably within a hotel, resort, facility management, or technical environment. Good knowledge of MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, kitchen equipment, spare parts, and maintenance materials. Ability to understand technical specifications and coordinate effectively with Engineering teams and suppliers. Strong negotiation, supplier-management, and communication skills. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement systems. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple purchasing requirements.
