Job Summary: The Project Control Manager is responsible for planning, cost control, scheduling, progress measurement, and project performance reporting across EPC projects, ensuring projects are delivered within approved cost and schedule baselines.Duties & Responsibilities:Develop and maintain project schedules (baseline and updates).Manage project cost control systems and budget tracking.Prepare project performance reports (cost, schedule, progress).Conduct variance analysis and highlight deviations.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.Support risk analysis and mitigation planning.Monitor earned value management (EVM) metrics.Prepare client and internal project reporting dashboards.Support change order and variation cost analysis.Ensure alignment of project controls with contract requirements.Assist in project forecasting and completion estimates.
