Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in *Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field*.
*Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as an HSE Officer.*
*Interior Fit-Out / Construction experience is mandatory.*
*NEBOSH IGC is mandatory.*
Additional *IOSH / OSHA / relevant HSE certifications* will be an advantage.
Strong practical knowledge of UAE HSE requirements and construction/fit-out safety practices.
Hands-on experience with *Risk Assessments, Method Statements, JSA/JHA, PTW, toolbox talks, inspections, audits, and incident investigations*.
Good knowledge of working-at-height, hot work, electrical safety, lifting operations, manual handling, fire safety, and general fit-out site hazards.
Experience dealing with *consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams*.
Strong knowledge of PPE requirements, emergency procedures, site housekeeping, and safe work practices.
Good documentation and reporting skills with proficiency in *MS Office*.
Strong communication, leadership, observation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to conduct effective safety training and toolbox talks for workers and supervisors.
Proactive approach with the confidence to stop unsafe work and ensure corrective action.
Ability to work under pressure and manage HSE requirements across active project sites.
UAE Driving License is an added advantage.

### Key Requirement
