About This JobThe Assistant Professor of Applied Behavior Analysis is responsible for delivering high-quality teaching in areas such as behavior assessment, intervention strategies, ethics, and research methods using evidence-based practices. The role includes preparing and updating course materials, assessing student performance, and supervising practicum and fieldwork experiences to ensure students meet program and professional competency requirements. The Assistant Professor contributes to curriculum development and continuous program improvement to align with international standards and certification requirements in Applied Behavior Analysis. In addition to teaching, the position involves conducting research, publishing scholarly work, and participating in academic and professional conferences. The role also includes academic advising, departmental service, and collaboration with schools, clinics, and community organizations to support student training and enhance program relevance.Job DescriptionThe role involves teaching students in undergraduates and postgraduate academic programs while ensuring appropriate support is provided and high-performance levels are achieved. In addition to program coordination, the Assistant Professor will head research in specialized area related in order to enhance ADU's profile and contribute to the knowledge development of the local and international community. The role will also require active participation in engaging in diverse pedagogical methods and instructional strategies that support students in their holistic development.
