We are committed to:ExcellenceResponsibilityEmpowermentConnectivityCourageRole Overview: The Structural BIM Modeler is responsible for developing and managing Building Information Models (BIM) from the conceptual design stage through to the issued-for-construction (IFC) phase. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Responsibilities:Create accurate and detailed 3D BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent tools.Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project coordinators to integrate design data and ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between models from different disciplines to achieve seamless coordination.Maintain and enhance BIM libraries, templates, and standards to ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables.Produce visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs from BIM models to support design reviews, client presentations, and effective communication.Conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure models meet project specifications, BIM execution plans, and industry best practices.Familiarity with Dynamo, Rhino, and Grasshopper is considered an advantage.Requirements:A degree, ideally in Structure engineering or equivalentMinimum 5 years of BIM experience, preferably with engineering consultants.Proven experience working on medium to large-scale projects.Good in both spoken and written English.Kind Note:* While we carefully review all applications, only candidates meeting the specified requirements will be contacted for further consideration.
