Client Details Our client is a leading specialist consultancy advising some of the region's most prestigious developers and asset owners on the operational planning, facilities management and estate management of large-scale master-planned communities, mixed-use developments and destination projects. They partner with clients from concept through to operations, ensuring developments are commercially sustainable, operationally efficient and future-ready. Description * Advise developers and asset owners on facilities, estate and operational strategies across master-planned communities and mixed-use developments. * Review masterplans and design proposals to improve operational efficiency, maintainability, lifecycle performance and long-term asset value. * Develop operational readiness, transition and mobilisation strategies from construction through to live operations. * Support the development of operating models, governance frameworks, KPIs and service delivery standards. * Lead FM procurement activities, including service provider selection, mobilisation and performance management. * Develop lifecycle maintenance, asset management and infrastructure operation strategies. * Collaborate with development, design and project delivery teams to ensure operational requirements are embedded throughout the project lifecycle. * Prepare client presentations, technical reports and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
