Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in architectural inspection and site supervision. Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and UAE building regulations. Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and building systems. Demonstrated experience with quality assurance and quality control processes in construction. Expertise in site safety management and compliance protocols. Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with site documentation, reporting, and record-keeping systems. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field. Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards. Experience supervising high-rise or complex construction projects is preferred, as is a background in project coordination or site management.
